Finally! We bought a two-bedroom apartment in a new building, with poluchistovoy finish. Since this was not our first repair, we were already aware of the pitfalls, so we decided to give everything in the hands of experts, but at the same time control was total.

Naturally, it all started with the rewiring for better equalization and transfer some of the walls, pouring floors, somewhere even had to break down the rapids. I wanted to make a repair with taste, is not too expensive, because the presence of the child in the family does not allow super trendy wallpaper glue for many thousands of rubles. And, actually, we enlisted the help of a designer.

Waiting for what it painted designer of our needs, it was very painfully, but the result was not bad!

It was a lot of adjustments, as stated in the project materials cost unreal money (do not know, from what there are made at the cost of the wallpaper 8000 rubles per roll), so opted for simpler, but no less attractive!

The same situation with the tile in the bathroom. Tile for a hundred thousand to 6 square meters. m. - nuuu, it's overkill. A cheaper option turned out to be advantageous, despite the fact that half the party turned out to be married. Dozakazyvat had more, but then we were lucky, the party turned out to be the same, so there were not any differences.

What can not be said about the apron in the kitchen. There had to change the tile four times, because every time do not fit shade!

Just had to replay the lighting solution. The proposed lighting - spots in the nursery were unsolvable problem in the sketch looked quite nice, but in reality it turned out all cumbersome and ugly. If you could translate it as in the picture - not for a moment would not have reflected!

As for the chandeliers and sconces in the bedroom on the design, too, was replaced, in the presence of nowhere to be found, and wait for 1.5 months of such a prospect is not happy.

It turns out, work with the designer is a huge savings in time, we do not have all day to wander through the shops in search of. It was he who did all the selection for us - where and what to buy, and most importantly - how much it all costs and that can be replaced.
