The best wiring without soldering

We have already mentioned how to connect stranded wires without soldering simply and quickly. There are those who say that the twist is not the best option. Moreover, there is a point of the SAE, which states clearly that the connection wires must be by soldering, crimping, bolt or screw connections. Nothing is said about the twist.

Many argue that there is no mention of the twisting, so it is prohibited by the SAE. But if you judge another, something that is not explicitly forbidden is allowed.

Despite this, most are twisting.

What happens if the wires are connected without the right technology? Put simply, the place of connection of wires will heat up, resulting in a fire. Therefore, if you are using a twist, you should really learn about a secure connection to avoid problems in the future.

If the twist is executed correctly, it is safer to all terminals. Let's consider an example. The latter option is the most twisted safe and reliable.

option 1

Remove the insulation carefully, so as not to damage the wires (more cores).

Connect two wires and twisted together.

Then we plant the twisted end into one side.
