Hello everyone! Today I want to tell you about the project and implementation of a small but modern house for 4 people. For evil-tongued commentators, I will immediately list the most important principles by which the house was built:
- reasonable economy - the house is insulated according to building standards and has nothing superfluous - only everything you need.
- modern design - I didn't want to live in another dacha-type house, that's why the project is unusual.
- cheap content - the house should not delay more than 3-3.5 thousand rubles in the winter month.
I'll start with the appearance of the finished house, and then I'll tell you in stages what was built and how:
The total area of the house is 49 square meters.
Yes, comparable to the area of a two-room apartment in an old Soviet building. But the house cost 600,000 rubles, while a "kopeck piece" in Khrushchev costs 3,100,000 rubles. The difference in price is 2.5 million rubles.
Funlement.
The house stands on a columnar foundation: outside - an asbestos-cement pipe, inside - reinforcement and concrete.
The walls of the house are frame.
Wall thickness - 150 mm of stone wool. I believe that the walls are just the thing for central Russia with frosts that rarely drop below -25 degrees and not strong winds.
The first and second floors are not isolated from each other.
On the contrary, in the kitchen area there is no interfloor overlap, and the ceilings in the kitchen are about 5 meters - this is very beautiful. It also saves on heating of both floors.
Finishing.
From the inside, the walls are sheathed with clapboard, imitation timber and an inch board. Outside - imitation of timber, painted in two layers of red paint. Looks modern, doesn't it?
