I explain SNiPs: what distances to neighbors must be maintained, and what
When arranging our suburban or suburban area, we often look at the technological or the aesthetic side of the issue: where will the beds be, where is the recreation area, and where will the septic tank, parking and well.
All this is wonderful, but there are requirements of SNiPs, for non-compliance with which you will have to pay a considerable sum and spoil relations with neighbors.
In this article I will tell you the rules regarding each building on your site and will try to do it in an accessible form. Go!
1. Plants.
If you thought that I posted the photo above to show off homemade japanese tilesthen you are wrong. This is to illustrate SNiP!
Remember:
the distance from a low tree (bush) to a neighbor's fence is 2 meters, from a tall tree - 4 meters. This is done so that the neighboring plot also receives sunlight.
2. Bath.
And here insolation plays a secondary role. The main thing is fire safety.
Therefore, the distance from the bathhouse to the neighboring area is 1 meter.
To your own house - 8 meters. At the same time, it is allowed to plant low bushes on these eight meters or make beds.
3. Restroom.
If you have a typical free-standing country toilet, make sure that at least 100 centimeters separates it from the neighbor's fence: there are fewer smells and the audibility is worse!
4. House.
Remember the rule of two "3" and one "5":
- 3 meters from the house to the neighbor and to the alley (household train);
- 5 meters from the house to the main street
Didn't I bore you with my written fabrications?
