Why do people leave their country houses and return to the city?
Hello everyone!
My last article aboutvillage of abandoned cottages in Bashkiriagot so many comments that it was decided to write a separate article about why do people return to town?
After living for a couple of years (and some months) in a "village" environment, people can not stand it and return back to their brick anthills.
What's the catch? Let's figure it out.
-
The most common reason for the "congress" is unresolved communication issues. Every sober-minded person, before coming to live in a house, decides questions:
(1) power supply,
(2) heating,
(3) a set of water,
(4) drainage.
There will be difficulties with at least one of the points - you will not live long in the house. -
The second reason, oddly enough, laziness.
Indeed, many are ready to pay their homeowners' associations and management companies 5-6 thousand per month for solving communal problems in the apartment. In the house, you need to monitor everything and do everything better yourself, which is difficult ( and many are lazy). Although you can't wait for a major overhaul in the apartment, and they do it carelessly. - The third reason is lack of time. Our private sector is often located outside the city, and people spend a lot of time getting to work. This prompts them to return to the city.
Where would you like to live?
Write in the comments, it's interesting to discuss!
