Hello everyone! In this article, I want to summarize the experience of life in a gardening society (~ 100 plots) and tell why so many people are so smeared with honey on the place of the chairman of SNT (SDT).

When the salary of the chairman of gardening was announced at the general meeting, I felt funny: 7,460 rubles. This is 30% lower than the minimum wage in our region, and the chairman has a lot to do. Why are people so fighting for this place?

He began to dig deeper, talked with the owner of the site, on whose territory a well with water common for all gardening was dug. He told me that the chairman, taking advantage of his official position, in addition to the public pump, threw his personal vibrator into the well.

The hose from his pump goes directly to the chairman's site, and the electricity is publicly used, which means that all of us are thrown off on his water. By the way, his pump was bought with general money.

I went to talk to the chairman's station and saw a factory tag on his fence made of a professional sheet. I compared the tag to the tags on the fence that surrounds the outer limits of gardening. Aha: the fence is the same. This means that the chairman commanded himself several dozen pages. And again, the fence was bought with general money.

And last winter, in January, the power grids billed gardening for 30,000 rubles. Despite the fact that in winter almost no one lives with us, and all the light is spent on an electric gate, gates and 9-10 LED (economical) street lamps. Well, it could not "burn" 30 thousand general expenses just like that. It turned out that the chairman was heating the house with electricity at a common expense.

Conclusions:

It turns out that in fact the chairman of our gardening earns no less than 25-30 thousand rubles a month: part of it takes money, and part of it "in kind" - water, light and building materials.
