A welder from Tver received a patent for a furnace, and became the owner of a factory for their manufacture
Vadim Sergeevich Ryzhov, a resident of Tver, a welder by training, invented an oven for a bath, which was curious in every respect and was able to obtain a patent for his invention. I want to share with you the unusual design of this stove, to discuss this new design - what if it will be useful to someone.
I will add that not every inventor is granted patents by Rospatent, about 70% of applications are rejected. The more valuable and interesting is Ryzhov's invention.
Patent number - 2598274, name - "Sauna stove".
And here is the patent holder Vadim Ryzhov (left)
According to the patent documentation, Ryzhov invented a stove that heats up 25% faster than usual, produces finer steam and has less IR radiation inside the steam room.
Ryzhov's furnace scheme is as follows:
The stove in this system is surrounded in a circle by an air chamber, the upper part of which goes into the chimney, the lower one is a firebox with a blower.
Points 11 and 12 the container, tube and valve for obtaining "soft steam" are indicated - it is this that is the most useful part of the entire structure. Steam is generated at point 6, passes through the stones, and comes out already finely dispersed, useful for the lungs.
I think that any skillful man is quite capable of repeating such a system at home. Or you can contact the author of the invention and order the stove for yourself - the author left the contacts in the patent documentation.
Patent number - 2598274
What do you think about such a stove?
To what extent, in your opinion, is such a complex structure expedient and how do you get steam (except for direct pouring water onto the upper stones)???
