What to do with excess garlic arrows
I found the friends' way interesting. They grind garlic arrows through a meat grinder with dill. The longest time is to wash the dill. By the way, I wonder if everyone knows that it is better to wash it in a bowl of water so that the dirt settles?
They put a large grate for a meat grinder, only 4 holes. And twist:
Then put in layers in a jar. Condensate - layer again. Up to the top. Cover and freeze.
Thanks to this packaging, odors do not interfere with other frozen foods. And in winter it turns out "Hello from summer"!
Method advantage
- There is no sadness that the arrows are harsh
- Very fast
- It turns out a ready-made seasoning, always at hand
- Dill and garlic are the most versatile healthy and natural enhancers of taste and aroma in homemade dishes.
Do you have a problem, where to put the arrows? Or are they snapped up with chips?
Let's share the recipes while the retracted arrows are looking at us.
You can still
- Finely chop some arrows and put them in a jar in the freezer. Just do not tamp. This is the fastest way.
- Pickle arrows
- Salt
- Make salads with them
But I'm afraid I don't know any proven recipes. And I don't really trust the Internet. If anyone has recipes, please share!
I would be grateful for your subscription and communication :)
