But although I am a beginner in construction, I try to do my every "movement" on a construction site with benefit, or at least not to harm.

In general, I laid the blocks not only with glue-foam.

All horizontal seams are laid on ordinary aerated concrete glue, foam is only in verticals (I wrote about this back in this article).

And I tried not to economize, and applied the foam so that the seam filled as much as possible. Accordingly, here and there, she got out.

I cut off the excess of ordinary cement glue right away, but did not touch the foam for one reason.

Protection of the main seam.

It's no secret that the foam is destroyed by ultraviolet radiation. And foam glue is no exception. Therefore, these surpluses, which have crawled out, take the brunt of the blow, protecting the seam itself.

I deliberately decided to see how the foam was damaged in half a year.

Less than a millimeter was destroyed, and this is a year. Despite the fact that the sun falls outside much more.

And how long does it take to inflict damage on a seam where the foam is not even visible?
