Pear, who are you? Unmarble?
In the fourth season, after planting, they began to wonder what had grown, what kind of pear from the nursery. By fruit. Theoretically they were waiting for Marble. I think that it turned out not Marble. Or is there still a match with the description of the variety?
I don’t understand how nurseries arrange re-grading, these are not resellers. Does anyone know how so?
It's good that our Marble-Non-marble:
- Pollinated, although there was no other pear. I put her twigs for pollination, maybe they helped. I wrote about it here
- Large
- The taste is close to the pear Conference, only the peel knits a little
- The tree is alive and well, 17 pears brought in the first year of fruiting
So what's the bottom line
- By weight, the fruits were about 290 g, all about the same, but one pear, it was removed last, in mid-October - 345 g.
- Filmed green, they ripened quickly, turned yellow on one side and juicy, as hard as the Conference
- The taste is classic pear, it can be much sweeter, but here everything is in moderation, a very pleasant taste, not counting the astringent skin (soft). You can say: unsweetened taste with symbolic sourness.
- Fragrant. My daughter said: strong aroma of taste
- The variety is autumn, with a warm autumn, by mid-October they have already harvested, waited for ripening and ate almost everything
- They are clearly not intended for storage.
This is the second re-grading from this nursery. The apple tree showed itself first, instead of Semerenko, a variety of White filling. It's good that he and Golden Delicious were inter-pollinated.
Have you ever bought the wrong variety of fruit trees in nurseries?
I would be grateful for your subscription and communication :)
