My homemade wood and plywood looms.
Now I most often work on three homemade machines. They are made of wood and plywood.
One of these machines is a sawing machine based on a manual circular.
The machine provides high accuracy, has an adjustable cutting depth (maximum 65 mm) and it is possible to set the disc tilt from 0 to 45 degrees. The rip fence can be locked to the right or left of the saw blade, quickly and precisely parallel to the saw blade.
How does this machine work? look here.
Another machine made of wood is a jigsaw.
This machine has been working for me for almost five years. As a motor, most of the time, a jigsaw worked on the machine. This summer I replaced it with a small asynchronous motor from a washing machine, and changed the speed on a belt drive.
With the help of this machine it turns out to make surprisingly pleasant toys.
More about the device of the machine look here. And the result of an engine replacement is here
And one more machine from plywood. I made it this summer and it was conceived as a universal basis for mounting various devices. Now I also use it quite often - mainly for grinding and working with burrs.
There is a review of this machine here, and more about its device here.
