All with one 180l concrete mixer: armopoyas, lintels, monolithic areas? See what happened!
In the last article I told you how my father and I started building a house! He told in detail how the process of laying aerated concrete went. I will attach a link to this article at the end of this article! Today I will tell you about how we rebuilt the whole house using one concrete mixer and what we got in the end.
Approaching monolithic works such as:
- installation of monolithic window and door lintels;
- installation of a monolithic belt on the first floor;
- the device of monolithic sections for the Mauerlat;
we decided that we will use grade 200 concrete for pouring. It is the most widely used concrete in private construction.
At precast concrete factories and factories, this is the most frequently ordered concrete grade. The production of concrete M200 is carried out with various fillers; lime, granite and gravel crushed stone is used. In order to obtain high-quality concrete, one must strictly observe the entire technological process of its preparation, follow all recommendations on the proportions and composition of the "ingredients" - fillers.
It is necessary to take into account the size of crushed stone and sand fractions, their moisture content and density, and others. The proportions of the composition of concrete between its constituents are usually set by volume or weight. The volume (weight) of cement is taken as a unit, and the rest of the materials in a unit of volume or weight.
For example, for 25 kg of cement at a ratio of 1: 3: 5, you need to take 75 kg of sand and 125 kg of crushed stone in a weight equivalent. The amount of water is taken in the ratio of cement and water equal to 0.5, for our example W / C = 12.5: 25 = 0.5
The ratio of the components when used in concrete Portland cement grade 500 = 1: 3.5: 5.6. For the manufacture of one m3 of concrete grade 200 at home using a concrete mixer the following components are accepted:
- cement PC 500 - 280 kg;
- sand - 0.5 m3;
- crushed stone -0.8 m3;
- water - 140 liters.
For the correct preparation of concrete, all components are mixed dry, and then we just add water. If you do everything correctly and all proportions are observed, the filler in the concrete does not sink and does not float - and the concrete mixture itself must be homogeneous.
When placing concrete in the formwork, we used a piece of reinforcement to level out the concrete across its entire width; we did, so to speak, manual vibration-laying of concrete.
IMPORTANT: water the concrete daily until it sets!
The armopoyas was filled in, and after 4-5 days the formwork was removed and the floor beams were boldly installed.
