Greetings.
In the previous parts, it was about the drawings and material for such a cabinet.

In this part, we will focus on assembling the cabinet body and a homemade assembly tool.
I already wrote about this device earlier and gave drawings for its manufacture. You can view more details about its use and download drawings link.
I assembled this cabinet on dowels using this device.
First I made the mounting holes in the racks.
Then I marked and made the corresponding holes in the details "bottom" and "roof"
The holes located on the edge of the part are made using a movable corner on the fixture, and a hole in a plane without this corner with the press of the router to the bounding bar.
After preparing the holes in the uprights, bottom and roof, I also marked and drilled the holes for the shelves.
Holes were made only according to the marking and for this I used the capabilities of the device to drill according to the marking both from the end of the part and along the plane.
To see in detail how the marking is done and the location of the holes is calculated, as well as what errors may occur, I suggest from the video clip below.
The next part will be about marking and milling grooves for the back walls and mirrors.
