Now more and more paratroopers are found who cherish the honor of the troops and want to rehabilitate the reputation of the Airborne Forces. After all, in fact they are brave defenders of our country and our people, and not the fighting brawlers, which they are accustomed to consider.

That is why modern paratroopers have learned to celebrate their holiday on a grand scale, observing traditions, but culturallyusing instead of fountains - saunas with a pool, and instead fights - organized competitions.

Happy holiday, dear paratroopers!

Bath Is a great place for sadness and joy, for memories, heart-to-heart conversations with colleagues, family and friends. And the surface of the water in the pool will remind you of a peaceful light sky!

To make your rest in the bath as comfortable as possible, I will remind you about the rules for visiting the steam room!

  • First visit. It should last about 10 minutes for the body to get used to high temperatures. Sit down on the lower level lying. When you feel an increased heart rate and redness on your face, you can move up a notch. It is better not to use a broom on the first visit, but it is worth soaking it so that it is ready for further visits.

  • Second and subsequent visits. Here you can use a broom!
With a broom, you can steam up to 7 times, observing the breaks between runs. The breaks should be longer than the time spent in the steam room.
  1. Beat the broom lightly from top to bottom.
  2. In order for the broom to warm up properly, it should be held above the head at the level of an outstretched arm.
  3. Stroke with a broom, then pat.
  4. Alternate them with each other, gradually increasing the strength of the claps.
  5. After manipulation, once again warm the broom above your head.
  6. Then apply it to your cheeks, chest, back, and feet.
  7. Lie on the step for a few seconds and exit.
It is better to start steaming with a broom on the second run.
  • Remember to replenish lost fluid during breaks. Drink more! Better, of course, tea and herbal teas. But other drinks will work as well.
  • After entering the bath, you should not immediately sit down at the table. It is advisable to move a little, walk, stand. Not for long. Minutes 5.
  • The contrasting cool pool after the steam room is great! But the body must be prepared for such changes.
  • Monitor your well-being and the well-being of friends and family. If it worsens, it is worth limiting visits to the steam room and contrast procedures.
