Why do the finishing brigades now have queues of clients
Greetings.
In early September, I talked about how I started building a bathhouse and re-arranging my workshop.
This action was conceived in the spring. Then he began to slowly buy material.
The idea was to hire a nephew to help him get things done quickly. He has been decorating for several years and usually has breaks between objects of about a couple of weeks. But it broke off.
When I called him at the beginning of the summer to find out if we could work together, I found out an interesting thing.
This year, due to the forced spring break in the work of the finishers, not the local teams left, but when restrictions were weakened, then there was so much work that the finishing and construction teams formed queues of clients.
The nephew said in a conversation that everything was already tightly scheduled before the New Year. And this is a specific job, and after that there are still a bunch of proposals to choose from. Moreover, they offer work on the road to another city and region.
There will be no breaks between objects. So, a couple of days off and that's it. And at the facility they work either seven days a week or with one day off. In short, an emergency. On the one hand, this is good, you can earn a lot, but on the other hand, there is no time to spend this money, and it’s hard to work in this mode for a long time.
So you have to do it yourself. The bath has already been made and tested, although there is still a small handful of finishing touches left on the little things.
For now, I put aside these finishing touches and took up the workshop. It is necessary to make the floor, insulate the walls, carry out heating. It is advisable to have time to do this before the snow.
Now during the day we have no higher than + 10 ° C, and at night up to + 1 ° C. Therefore, the next step is to carry out the heating to the workshop so that further repairs are more comfortable.
I have already bought radiators, pipes and various "threaded things" for connection, it remains only to mount.
