Homemade plywood tenon cutter. Device and drawings.

On the channel, I have already talked about this homemade device.

This time I propose to consider the device of this tenon cutter. And for those who want to repeat, there will be a link to the drawings of the device.

This tenon cutter has a base, which is easy to fix with clamps to the table.

A platform is fixed on this base, in which there is a "window" for installing templates.

The basic idea is to use a copying sleeve on the router and paired templates. For a tenon, one template, for a groove, another template.

From the bottom to the platform, a vertical panel is hinged, on which parts for milling are fixed.

This panel can be not only vertical, but also fixed at a slight angle. This makes it possible to make cleats at an angle.
