New opportunities for bailiffs to break into your apartment

They want to give bailiffs the opportunity to break into the front door of any person's apartment for verification the fact that the person did not make illegal redevelopment and to check the health of the gas equipment. Such amendments were proposed by experts from the Ministry of Justice.

Why is it necessary to break the door?

The fact is that recently there have been more cases of domestic gas explosions in apartments, which is usually associated with serious consequences. Usually such an event brings not only the loss of property for several families, but also human casualties - and all due to a banal leak.

Illegal redevelopment in an apartment can lead to approximately the same consequences. Many people make redevelopment and think only about how to make it as convenient as possible for themselves, not even suspecting that they can do much harm to the entire building, which will develop like a house of cards.

How will the hacking procedure take place?

It is reported that this procedure can be easily avoided if residents voluntarily admit inspectors at a certain time. If the check goes away the second time with nothing, then the court will decide the eternal Hamlet question - to break it or not to break it?

They also promise that at the time of the break-in, the bailiffs will have to guarantee the safety of all the property of the residents, as well as the fact that there will be no outsiders in the apartment. Apartment residents will have to pay for the repair of the door.

Do we need such laws?

On the one hand, these edits sound quite convincing, because no one wants to lose an apartment or say goodbye to life just because your neighbor, Uncle Petya, did not want to check the gas. But at the same time, there is a great chance that bailiffs will be able to break into absolutely any apartment, ostensibly to conduct an inspection...
