My husband built a dacha 🛠 - the house turned out like a toy 🏠

The need for a country house has long been ripe: the family had to spend every summer in a stuffy city apartment. Time and finances made it possible to start construction at the very beginning of the summer cottage season. The owner coped with his task by late autumn.

Now, all members of the family will be able to enjoy country life to the fullest and get incredible pleasure from it.

They decided to build a frame house using a pile foundation. The last construction technique was used due to the natural qualities of the surrounding soil: in spring and autumn, the site is often flooded and this can negatively affect the entire structure.

The piles were grounded quickly and the beams were already fixed on their base. Since the house was planned in a panel version, the walls were erected in record time.

On the crate of wooden bars, they simply sewed a ready-made ungraded board. The entire work of erecting the walls took several days. The next step, which caused some difficulties, was the assembly of the roof.

In this case, it was necessary to do everything individually: the roof resembles a sphere and is planned in a broken style. This option has become a real taming. The country house has acquired its fabulous look.

The roofing is made of dark brown flexible shingles. It is supposed to use an attic room and make several full-fledged living rooms there. The windows were used from glass plastic, this circumstance made it possible to significantly reduce the cost of construction estimates.

The walls were sheathed with steam insulation, and various kinds of slabs and remnants of building materials were used as insulation. In places where rooms are supposed to be placed, foam plates were used. This material retains heat very well.

An extension in the form of an open veranda successfully completes the entire complex of the building and will give it a hollow logical completeness. From a distance, it seems that the house is a toy.

The exterior was finished in a strict German style. The dacha turned out to be unusual and clearly stands out against the general background. Friends also say that from a distance the house looks like a toy.

The man managed to fulfill his life's dream, the whole family is very impressed by the work done. The house is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable holiday in the countryside.
