The woman has long been mentally drawing the ideal image of her outdated kitchen. I wanted more bright colors for a special mood in the kitchen. And when the son returned from a long business trip, the mother's dream became a reality.
The small room was simply filled with light thanks to the stretch glossy ceiling with built-in lamps. Its narrow and elongated shape turned into a dignity: a corner kitchen set is located in a kind of niche.
Quite roomy, it has a spectacular design: the upper wall cabinets are white, the facades of the lower modules are in a rich fuchsia color, which looks best in gloss. Such a contrasting combination of neutral and saturated colors refreshes the room well and makes it more cheerful. It seems to become higher and more spacious.
A real kitchen decoration is an apron. Panels with the image of flowers are a win-win option, they help to give the interior a special comfort and charm. Here - this is skinned with a pattern of pink-lilac orchids on a light glossy background of water drops. They are used to decorate the work area and part of the wall.
A large and three-dimensional image of orchids visually expands the space of a small kitchen and, at the same time, unites the colors of furniture and the decoration of walls and ceilings into a single whole.
A glass apron is not only beautiful, but also practical: any dirt is quickly removed from the non-porous smooth surface. Hot air from the gas stove, located under the hood, hidden behind the cabinet door, does not harm it either. A white countertop with a round cut-in black granite sink with the same tap is also quite practical. A sponge holder is attached to its edge.
Order reigns in the kitchen: although there is plenty of space, there is nothing unnecessary in sight. Only a microwave oven, a kettle on a white gas stove and a set of knives on a magnetic holder.
A room with such a color scheme should be well lit: a snow-white window, not covered with curtains, lets in all the sunlight without obstacles.
The renovation was a success. A dream come true: the kitchen looks and is a pleasure to work on. Many will probably say that the renovation is not fashionable, the trends are outdated and will be partly right. But it should be understood that everyone creates an environment around him in which he is comfortable and he needs to be guided by his own feelings, and not by fashion. The woman was very pleased, and this is the main thing.
