Stylish apartment of 33 sq.m, where a family with a child lives - in cramped quarters, but in beauty
Not every young family has a full-size apartment at the beginning of their life together. But, striving for independence, young couples often acquire inexpensive separate housing - dormitories, half-dwellings, small families. So did the owners of this small apartment with an area of only 33 square meters. meters.
To arrange such a tiny space as functional, beautiful and comfortable as possible, the family hired a specialist.

Since this apartment does not have a separate room for the kitchen, it can be categorized as "half-living". Therefore, the issue of zoning becomes important. The room has a niche in which many owners of such housing place a kitchenette. But our owners decided otherwise and arranged a sleeping place in it.
To save space, boxes for linen were placed in a niche, a mattress was laid on them - and a comfortable bed turned out. True, it is unusually high, but for young people this does not pose a particular problem.
The family has a small child, and the parents solved the issue with a crib creatively. Its function is performed by the arena, the bottom of which rises and falls. While the baby has enough space to sleep.
In the corner there is a folding sofa - a seating area from which it is convenient to watch TV, located on the opposite wall. Under it is another chest of drawers.
The window sill is functionally used - it is turned into a table. And since its surface is quite high, a special, high chair was made for it (it can also be used for feeding a child).
A small shelving unit completes the furnishing of this area.
The space left to the corridor is reserved for the kitchen. A sink, a cutting table, a stove and a refrigerator are located along one wall. Upstairs there are wall cabinets and a mezzanine for dishes, household appliances and dry food. Opposite there is a dining table and chairs.
The small corridor is also very functional: there are closed wardrobes and mezzanines where you can hide things - clothes, shoes and much more.
The general background of the apartment is light, with a predominance of gray in different shades, the furniture is almost all white. The kitchen apron is also white - rectangular tiles in the form of brickwork. The floor imitates light wood, only in the corridor it is lined with mosaic tiles.
Of course, in this small apartment everything is very restrained, maybe even ascetic. But for young people engaged in a career and raising a child, this is a good start for an independent life.
❓❓❓ How do you like such a small apartment? Beautiful and comfortable or not family-friendly?
