A chic, original kitchen for a loft turned out by a man in a small apartment
After purchasing a small apartment on the secondary market, the owner began to make repairs. The old interior was neat but rather dated. The man came up with the design project himself, once he was trained at design competitions. It's time to use the knowledge gained to design your own home.
Kitchen manufacturer: Wood Line
The renovation began with reworking the kitchen, the lower part of the kitchen set was made in black, modern models of built-in household appliances were installed: a hob, an oven, an extractor hood and a sink. All equipment is also black. The top row of pale gray cabinets was placed along one wall.
We left one open cabinet. The kitchen apron was trimmed with dark wood, the countertop was made of light wood. At the end of the kitchen set, a bar counter was installed perpendicular to the wall, and an open wooden shelf for storing drinks was fixed above it. This area was highlighted with original lamps.
Wood in the interior always looks luxurious, the bar countertop has been preserved in its original form, the irregularities of the material emphasize the perfection of nature.
For the decoration of the walls, we chose gray plaster. Light-colored tiles were laid on the floor. The main light source in the form of lamps was placed on the ceiling, halogens were added to the open shelves. The side surface of the bar is finished with randomly arranged wooden elements.
The interior design is reminiscent of the trendy and modern Loft style. Light-colored floor and wall finishes make the decoration lighter and more comfortable. Rejection of some of the upper cabinets, a light background visually expands the space of the room.
In my opinion, the interior design of the kitchen is classy and stylish. Pleasant and harmonious colors do not overload the kitchen. It is quite comfortable to be in such a room. The design conveys the masculine character of the owner, despite the fact that the finishing work was carried out by the builders.
