The apartment was purchased in a new building, but there was one significant problem that prevented our heroes from fully living on their living space. The thing is that the house was rented out without finishing.

Without thinking for a long time, the guys took up the renovation work, for the most part they carried a design plan, more attention was paid to the furnishings and decoration. The first thing to do was to work on the kitchen.

For the main color scheme, they took a combination of light and dark tones, which always give an excellent result. The usable area is quite small, but with the skillful distribution of space, the result exceeded all expectations.

The kitchen was purchased in a modular version, which allowed the owners to create an individual atmosphere. The facades have a white finish with well-alternating dark blue inserts. The lockers are located functionally, you even manage to place them above the window opening.

Many may say that this is inconvenient, but practical. According to high-strength laminate, the material is durable and will be able to serve for more than a dozen years, and the hostess will not have any difficulties when carrying out cleaning work.

Ceiling in white, lighting in one format: recessed lights. The worktop has a natural wood color. In this case, there is a clear delineation of zones: a place for cooking and a dining area.

The last place has a direct, panoramic exit to the window. There are no special questions regarding the functional arrangement of household appliances: everything is in its place.

Oven with hob, it is induction. The refrigeration unit is located away from the stove and takes place in a specially built-in niche. Plumbing from the middle price category. There is a kitchen apron made of ceramic tiles with intricate floral patterns. This type of finish is ideal for kitchen spaces: easy to clean and tidy up.

One nightingale, the entire existing territory is literate, used: there is even a TV. I would like to note that the owners of the apartment managed to fulfill their dream, the guys brought their own design project to life. It is doubly pleasant that much has been done with our own hands.
