The family bought their first apartment. The area is small, but this circumstance did not bother the young owners. There was one unresolved problem: the house was rented out without finishing, and it was assumed that the new tenants would make repairs on their own.

Money is running out, but this did not stop the guys from developing their own design and performing budget repairs. They treated the matter with all their hearts, which in the end resulted in a wonderful transformation of a simple shabby apartment into a cozy family nest.

The whole saga began from the living room, where the first step was to lay the laminate flooring in the light natural color of natural wood. Looking ahead, it should be noted that light tones were taken as the main concept of the color scheme.

Wall panels were covered with wallpaper. The furniture was purchased from the middle price category: the wardrobe and chest of drawers have facades in wood patterns. The combination of white with wood elements always gives a feeling of freshness. The sofa is in that created interior.

Most likely, in this place there will be a bedroom, and gentle light cream tones are conducive to a quiet rest. Lighting is made in the form of several points that form the luminaires.

Fabric curtains complete the whole picture and make it homey. It seems that the repair is simple, but at the same time all the little things have been taken into account: a simple radiator grill of the battery, a trifle, but thoughtful.

The sanitary unit is combined. White ceramic walls. The tiles on the floor have their own pattern. Plumbing is classic. In terms of functional performance, everything is in its place. The main thing is that it is clean and tidy.

Using the space, the idea of ​​a studio apartment was realized: the living room flows smoothly into the kitchen. Thus, there are two large locations: a comfort zone and a full kitchen space. There was enough space for installing a refrigerator, dining group, wall cabinets.

There is a place for a sitralka. White fronts are combined with a natural wood worktop. The apron is made of the same "hog" tile, well suited to any interior.

Showing their individual enthusiasm, the owners were successful in the renovation. Using budget materials, it turned out to save money.
