This apartment was purchased on the secondary real estate market. Previously, an old woman lived in it, the woman was distinguished by cleanliness and the new owners got a fairly decent, but old apartment, where the most basic repairs had not been made for a long time.

Living room before renovation:

The family decided to make a major transformation of this living space. The design was developed independently, which made it possible to save money, they were invested in building materials.

Bathroom before renovation:

At the first stage, there was a need for a complete cleaning of the old things of the former tenant. The renovation began in the kitchen. The area of ​​this room is very small, but with a reasonable approach, everything can be placed.

Kitchen before renovation:

Light color with various shades was taken as a color basis. The kitchen is modular and its facades are in dark tinted finishes. This is a rather unusual option. The color is unpleasant, a natural woody shade would look better, but there is no dispute about tastes.

Living room after renovation:

The floor is made of high-strength laminate, which should last for more than a dozen years. Artificial stone countertops. There is an apron made of mosaic tiles. On the functional issue, everything is quite rational: the stove is in its place, there is a microwave oven. Plumbing from the middle price category.

There is a division into useful locations: the cooking area and the dining area. It still needs to be organized: buy a table and chairs. Lighting needs to be added, built-in lights are missing.

The main room has received a wonderful urban design. Everything is practical and without much excess. The panel walls are finished with artificial stone in the form of tiles. Their light tone goes well with the languid walnut laminate.

The new sofa fits perfectly into the space. The room for sleeping and resting is completely ready. I must say that in this version of budget repair, the owners could implement all their practical ideas: simple and comfortable.

The plumbing unit got its second life. They didn't really wrap themselves up here: they used ceramic tiles from the middle price segment. Her black and white performance looks very harmonious. The bathtub and sink are new and have their own pure white color.

Naturally, there are still small flaws, but the modern style is clearly visible. You can already live without any problems. The guys are great. They practically changed the whole old concept of housing.
