The guy almost single-handedly erected an excellent country house from a bar

This project is distinguished by its variety of construction: various technologies for building a house were used, which together gave an excellent result. However, the most important thing is that our hero practically single-handedly raised the house.

The guy, the hero of our time, it's nice that in our country there are handy men who always keep their word. The result exceeded all expectations. Many people still do not believe that the owner coped without assistance.

According to the construction plan, the structure has a wooden design, but there is one peculiarity: a pile foundation. The cottage has supports on concrete pillars. This option was not chosen by chance: the area is very often flooded, and this design allows you to avoid damage to the wooden bases.

Having carried out minimal excavation work, concrete was poured into the finished holes, removing the formwork, and received powerful supports. They are located along the contour of the whole house and perfectly fulfill their load-bearing function. Using ready-made dry beams, the guy began to mount the main frame: the floor and supporting structures for future walls.

At this stage, there were no particular difficulties. Using the usual fixture and screwdriver, he was able to complete this initial construction period in just a few days. An important technological moment was the work associated with the impregnation of wooden structures with a special solution.

The second stage involved laying the timber and its intermediate insulation. The crowns were also fastened using ready-made mortgages. They were inserted into drilled holes. Imperceptibly, the country house was taking shape.

The roof was erected with the help of several assistants, since it is quite difficult for one, but everything was purchased ready-made and only needed to be assembled. The rafter system itself has a broken appearance. The most affordable roof was used: soft onduline slate.

Naturally, this building must still receive its natural draft, which will slow down the finishing work a little. After waiting for a while, the owner took up the inside.

Plasterboard walls, divided into rooms. There is still a lot of work, but one thing is clear: very soon our hero and his young family will be able to enjoy their first home.
