An ingenious nozzle for angle grinders from American craftsmen

Having seen this invention, I realized how boring I live and do not feel even a fraction of the joy that I could feel in full. I already wrote a humorous post about how an American repaired an old ax, and my readers liked this topic. Not for an idea, but purely neighing)) So I decided to continue the "humor" rubric and share with you the ingenious invention of another American master.

So, we take as a basis an old disc on a stone, which you pretty much burned with active work. We make marks on it as shown in the photo.

Next, according to our marks, we drill holes with a diameter of 6 mm. More or less, depending on which cable you use.

Now we need a metal wire of the same thickness as the holes. The cable must be in a plastic sheath, otherwise you will not be able to cut it into small pieces 4-5 cm long. But if you have an ordinary metal cable, then do not worry, just wrap it with electrical tape and the problem is solved))

Now we insert the sections of the cable into the drilled holes. Here, jewelry accuracy is not needed. Although... You can set each segment exactly vertically in level.

Now we turn the disk over and weld the cable sections to the disk surface.

While the product is hot after welding, remove the insulating coating with pliers.

Then fluff up the cable with pasatizh, turning it in the opposite direction of the weaving direction.

Hooray, you did it. We install our unique nozzle on the angle grinder according to the standard instructions. The product is completely ready for use.

Why did you do it? In order to clean rusty piece of iron from rust!! Agree - it's brilliant!!

And in order to fully feel the delight of your own invention, you need to work in such a circle in only shorts, you don't even need to wear gloves. You will experience a sensation of incredible bliss when pieces of rope flying out of the circle will gently caress your skin. )))
