One of these technologies is the construction technology of precast-monolithic reinforced concrete panels. For many, it will be a discovery that not only apartment buildings, but also private ones are being built using this technology in large numbers:

The house is assembled by a crane from slabs pre-cast at the production site. They are installed very quickly: 1 day - 1st floor. If the house is one-story with a flat roof, then we can say that the house box is assembled in one day. If the roof is pitched, then within two weeks the roof is mounted, windows are inserted and the house is ready for finishing. A house box using this technology can be built in a month. Provided that the foundation was ready in advance. With the foundation, it turns out, a maximum of two months.

The cost of houses in a rough finish from one of the manufacturers of such panels. The amount is not small. Houses made from other wall materials are cheaper. If you build with your own hands from wall blocks, then the price of a box can be twice as low. There is an overpayment for the speed of construction and wall material: insulated reinforced concrete. Because slabs for each house are different - they are not produced on stream, then their price is high.

The construction of slabs in such houses with a layer of insulation inside:

20 cm mineral board or 20 cm extruded polystyrene foam. Ordinary expanded polystyrene (foam) is also used. The cake resembles a Teplosten block. where the inner layer of concrete is load-bearing, and the outer layer is protective and decorative. The thickness of the outer layer is 7 cm of concrete, the inner layer is 12 cm.

20 cm of insulation is enough for most climatic zones of the country. The concrete layers are connected with plastic ties (fiberglass reinforcement). Another plus of monolithic panels is that inside the walls there are strobes for wiring: lay the wiring and plaster it with mortar.

The installation process is the same as in multi-storey panel buildings. The maximum floor height is 3.1 m, the maximum panel length is 7.8 m. Plate joints for welding. Installation can only be done by a team with experience in assembling such houses, with experience in the construction of panel high-rise buildings. The team consists of three people.

A decent part of the cost of installation will be occupied by crane rental. The crane is required with increased lifting capacity and increased boom. Reliable access roads and a place accessible for technology where the house will be assembled are also needed. If a semi-trailer with slabs does not pass to your site, it is better not to consider this construction option.

You can mount such a house at any time of the year. The seams are insulated and then sealed at positive temperatures. The second floor can be semi-attic. But such plates will come out more expensive, because most likely, the production will have to change the formwork. For exclusive products, the extra charge is always higher.

Because the walls of the house are obtained with a layer of vapor-proof insulation (EPS), then good ventilation is needed in such a house. The use of miniplates inside as insulation is a dubious undertaking that has not been tested by time. This insulation can absorb moisture and lose its heat-saving properties.

The view of such panel houses is not always pleasing to the eye. You either need to cover it with decorative plaster, make a design project and highlight it with different colors to diversify the look of the house. Some manufacturers do not stand still on this issue and offer customers ready-made facades immediately:

The third option, although it does not require finishing or painting, but the seams between the plates will be visible. If you wish, you can beat them.

This manufacturer's website states that the cost of a house made of their slabs (foundation + walls + roof) will be about 24.5 thousand rubles. RUB / m2. This is 2-3, or even more times lower than the cost of 1 m2 in a multi-storey building using the same technology. This is in view of the fact that many walls in apartments are common. Then why are the apartments so expensive?
