11. Lack of noise insulation on pipes. It is advisable to think over this moment right away, otherwise you will constantly hear how water will run along the risers (especially of the old model) from all over the entrance.

13. Sockets in the floor. It is extremely inconvenient, as dust and dirt constantly accumulate in them.

15. Using any materials near the hob. It is better to use refractory materials such as tiles or stainless steel. Chipboard or other pressed material can be used only along the contour in those places where there will be no overheating during the cooking process.

16. Dark glossy fronts on kitchen furniture. This is a big problem during operation, as all prints and streaks are visible.

17. Disadvantage lighting in the room. Think ahead of time which options you want to use. The location of the windows and small lighting elements are also important here.

18. Saving on plumbing. It is a big mistake to save money on mixers, filters, valves. These parts are maximally vulnerable with low quality materials.

19. Lack of borders. This is a small detail, but it must certainly be taken into account when it comes to non-uniform flooring in the room. The transitions between rooms must be closed with curbs, as this will save the seams from destruction.

20. Doors made of solid wood. On the one hand, it is environmentally friendly and beautiful, on the other hand, when changing humidity and temperatures, they are very susceptible to deformation. At high humidity, they swell, in the hot season they dry out, which affects the functionality.
