How to prepare permits for the construction of a house and utility structures

In order for the future house to be correctly positioned on your land plot, you need to prepare and receive a Town Planning Plan for a Land Plot (GPZU). ⠀

This must be done. ⠀

Someone does not receive a plan, and then they are faced with the fact that they cannot receive a building permit. ⠀

That is, when we receive a GPZU, there we see a building spot, we see indents from the borders with neighbors, the indents from the facades are the very spot of the building in which we place our future residential building. ⠀

❗ We must have a project of the house - in order to properly prepare an application for receiving notification of the start of construction. ⠀

❗Before preparing this application - to receive notification - you will need to go through some more approvals. ⠀

Coordination with the main department of cultural heritage is mandatory (!). ⠀

All other approvals will be registered in the GPZU. ⠀

❓How to order a GPZU - through the portal of the State Service

A person must have a personal account on the portal, then go to the account, select this question "Preparing and receiving Urban Planning Plan of the Land Plot), fill out a questionnaire, scan documents in pdf format and a document confirming the existence of the right property. ⠀

Everything is ordered and the finished GPZU comes to your personal account (the document is prepared 20 working days).
