Crushed eggshells cannot be stored for a long time, since it loses its beneficial properties.
If you have a shell left from cooking scrambled eggs, pies, omelet, then you also need to boil the shell in for 10 minutes to avoid the growth of bacteria, be sure to dry well, and then squeeze and grind into powder.
To do this, you can use an ordinary crush (as I usually do), a coffee grinder (they say that most of the useful properties of the powder are lost on contact with metal) or a mortar with pestle. The prepared powder can be added to your favorite dishes as a beneficial addition.
