The dream of your own house with a lawn and a white fence visited probably every owner of a city apartment. But is everything so simple and beautiful in the life of the owner of his own house?

For a long time, my acquaintances dreamed of moving to the suburbs and living in a house so as not to hear the neighbors behind the wall and be able to go out into their own courtyard or dig in the garden. Everything in dreams was so easy and simple! At one point, as they at least thought, a young family bought their home.

From that time on, problems began. First, order must be maintained not only in the house itself, but also in the adjacent territory. Considering that trees grow there, in the fall you should remove the fallen leaves and think about where to take it out.

The vegetable garden also gives a lot of trouble: dig up, fertilize. It's a shame when the land on the site is not fertile and all your efforts are useless. Even more in summer. Continuous weeding and watering of plants take up all their free time. The fence requires attention: to paint or replace the rotten part of the fence, and this is time and money, which are constantly in short supply.

Secondly, all communications in a private house must be serviced by the owner himself. The sewage system is usually local and if something breaks down, it requires expensive repairs. Plumbing in the private sector is not always central.

In order to have water in the house, and not go to the well for it, you have to call specialists who will drill a well and bring water into the house. This pleasure is not cheap, and the quality of the water is not always good.
Thirdly, in private neighborhoods, infrastructure is not as well developed as in the city center.

There are no cafes, cinemas, entertainment centers or large shops. If you need to buy something, especially with discounts, you should go to the city. Schools and kindergartens are also usually located far from the private sector. Therefore, everyone has to get up early in order to have time to take the children to work.

In general, a private house, especially a large one, is very expensive to maintain. This is not a two-room apartment for you, where a small amount of furniture and repairs are required, which the owners can afford. A private home usually has three or four bedrooms. All rooms are large and require a lot of furniture to furnish everything.

The worst thing is that you have not had time to repair some premises, as others already require repair. And so in a circle. But do not forget about the order on the site. How much money will be spent on the arrangement of the yard: paving slabs, fence and landscaping. And this is not only finance, but also physical labor.

If in an apartment building you pay money monthly for cosmetic repairs and do nothing yourself, then in a private house all the worries are placed on the shoulders of the owner and hostess. After all, you need to ensure that the roof does not leak and, if necessary, hire workers or repair the damage yourself.

In general, you should think carefully before buying or building a private house.
