Despite all the frightening stories (builders and foremen with a bad conscience) decided to build a budget house for 3 million. The most interesting is what will come of it. I will definitely publish the construction process and the price of each stage!

Budget corrugated roof

The roof of the budget house was naturally selected from corrugated board. The rest of the materials, in my opinion, cannot be called budgetary, since the prices for a square of the roof and the work itself differ significantly, for example, a soft roof.

Assembling the rafter system.

The installation of the roof took the least time. About a week. The price for care is 400 rubles per square, without side and inner filing and without insulation. I decided to hem and insulate myself, to save money.

Estimate

So, roof costs:

Beam support - 2500 ₽

Self-tapping screw yellow (365 pcs) - 400 ₽

Roofing material (1 piece, 1.5 rolls left from the old purchase) - 300 ₽

Anchors, washers - 1500 ₽

Nails (60 kg) - 4650 ₽

Decking (240 m²), gutters, etc. – 128000 ₽

Side hem - 19,000 ₽

Work - 96000 ₽

Side hem - 12,000 ₽

The board was used in the total amount of 15 m³. Taking into account past purchases and ceiling filing. We have a board of 10,000 per cubic meter. Total - 150,000 ₽ (but part of this amount was calculated in the previous posts "foundation" and "walls")

Glazing

There is nothing special to write about windows, I'll tell you better later, in the video. I'll just write dry numbers. The windows were selected by Bert's firm, in our republic they are considered one of the best and of high quality. Conventionally, their windows can be divided into three segments: cheap class, middle class and expensive. I chose the middle one, with thermal glass. You can see the window sizes in the post about the project. Price - 102,000 rubles for all windows. I want to put the door to the terrace and the entrance door made of aluminum, I already know in advance how much it will cost - 84,000 for both. I don’t want to bet yet. I will put it after after full bedding of the floors.
