Construction of a house 6x7 meters from a gas block with an open ceiling in one hand. In detail each stage, estimate, video.

The box is ready

The project, a detailed description of the construction of the house, was described in previous articles, here I will only briefly remind you, and I will add it in the video. The house is 6.2x7 m, the ceiling is open (the ceiling height under the ridge is 3.2 m), the walls are half a block of expanded clay (the coast, here in winter it is rarely below 0, but the insulation will be any), the floors are made of sawdust concrete on the ground, a drainage pipe is laid along the contour of the foundation to drain water, a gable roof (profiled sheet, glass wool IZOVER 150 mm, with coeff. thermal conductivity 0.37, and a layer of vapor barrier). The layout is smart.

The budget is very limited, I am building a house in one of my thin hands (by the way, I have torn my back more than once, and the tendon on my right arm hurts), and besides, there is no gas here. Therefore, in order not to pay fabulous money for heating and air conditioning in the summer, and also not to repeat the experience of those short-thinking lovers with Napoleonic plans who then remain unfinished, this is the size of the house I chose, and in fact I do not regret not at all. Moreover, I do not suffer from the desire to show off, and in general I am inclined to minimalism.

Started plastering

Now I have already moved on to finishing, plastering the walls (I attached a photo, installing plaster beacons). That's another song. In the video, the masters did it so clearly, a blooper, bzhik, missed a thread, voila, 5 minutes and you're done. In fact, it turned out so that when I disconnected the beacon with the rule (of course, I missed the thread), it doesn't matter if you delay the rule, the solution stretches, and therefore the surface is speckled and wavy in places, and a lot of time needs to be spent on leveling (with a knife, sandpaper, and even a brick with holes, well, this is mine already know-how). But, as always, meditation helps out, so without unnecessary low-vibration words, the process goes meditatively.

And there was also a chip with cotton wool, the span between the rafters was considerable - 1.05 m and it was not very convenient to fix a single piece in one hand. But it is still possible using various adapt.

In general, okay, I didn't expect that everything would be perfect, the main thing is that it turns out well in the end.

Do not regret like, press your finger!
