Land clearing, fence

In general, the project is ready. We begin to get rid of the grass on the site.

We cut off the soil layer and make two heaps of black soil, which I then tried to get rid of for a couple of years.

I am not against fences. Not at all. I would like a high-quality fence, some kind of beautiful, from a picket fence, for example, larch, along the tape. But for now, there is access to the site from all sides, and I urgently needed to transport the change house with all my tools accumulated from the construction of the last house. Therefore, 120 thousand rubles and hello op, hello professional flooring:

From the side of the forest I decided not to put it yet, there is a terrible windbreak, and I also like that the site is not visually limited from this side.
At the same time, old familiar wells in a couple of days drilled a hole in the ground for me as much as 13 rings. They found water, thank God, not so hot, but 4 rings were accumulated.

Electrical connection

Electricity was urgently needed, this is probably the most important thing for starting construction and, in general, for further living, whatever one may say. DNP does not have its own transformer, the networks are regional. Therefore, everything is simple here, we apply for connection at a reduced rate for 550 rubles. It took about a month for all this paperwork. And then one day, in the village chat, messages began to appear that strange people began to appear in our country and stick reinforced concrete trees, that is, pillars. Wires hung over the village, everyone breathed freely. Light bulb - burn!
MOESK is asking for some terrible money for installing a meter, so we turn to private traders. Someone did it himself, someone looked like me, but in the end a meter appeared with an outlet inside for a little more than twenty rubles. 15 kW, 3 phases, 2 tariffs

I can only enter the house underground, here even without options. Therefore, the pipe immediately goes to the ground.

Farms

In parallel, farms were ordered under the project.
This is the situation with farms. When mailing to Moscow companies, I received invoices for 12 farms in the region of one hundred thousand rubles. Then I decided to expand the search area.
As a result, the guys from RZHEVA made the farm for me, Karl! They calculated everything, according to my requirements, from a dry planed board, on factory plates using the Mitek technology. Together with the delivery from Rzhev, the farm came out about 60 thousand rubles. It was of course very risky on my part, ordering farms without starting ANYTHING... But, I knew that everything would work out. The farms came beautiful, covered with a protective compound, unloaded by hand.

I covered them with a banner and forgot... for a year.

Foundation: screw piles

Spring was approaching, grace, the snow was still lying, but to see something warmed me up and urgently wanted to screw in the piles. Or maybe because the neighbors decided to cooperate for this business and the company of svaykrutov gave everyone a discount on the volume. So one warm morning, the shaitan's car arrived and the cheerful foreman spun 21 piles for me at a fast pace. I deliberately made the minimum distance from the ground, only to crawl and crawl under the house. And I don't like the big base.

That's how I was left alone with black mushrooms sticking out of the ground a little.

Then the brave guys from the near abroad arrived and famously buried a septic tank from the rings, making me a mess of clay at the entrance.

Spring has come, followed by summer. Circumstances have developed so that this year, i.e. 2017, I did not have the opportunity and desire to do something further. I just came and dug a hole for cable entry into the house, for water and sewage.

He sat on a green chair and devoured Doshirak using the head of the pile as a table ...
