Hello, my name is Eugene, I want to share with you the history of the construction of my house. We do all the work together, with my wife. Sometimes I invite friends to help me at the construction site. So, the construction of a house is underway in Novosibirsk, p. Garden.

We bought the plot in March, and started building construction only in July. It was built together with my wife and two children 2 and 4 years old. On the USHP slab there will be a frame one-storey house with a size of 14.4x8.6 m. Construction began with a toilet, which later served as a warehouse.

July 16, we made a marking for a pillow under the USP. On July 18, a tractor dug a hole for a septic tank.

And I removed the fertile soil layer under the slab, about 30 cm.

July 19, mortgages were made for electricity.

And for water inlet.

July 22, stretched the grounding line. Perforated galvanized tape 2 mm thick, 30 meters long. On July 24, crushed stone was brought, on the bottom of the pillow is large, 20-40 fractions - 15 tons, then crushed stone 5-20 fractions - 15 tons. In the process of purchasing crushed stone and screening, I found out one interesting point. It turns out that there are two organizations involved in the sale of the quarry. The first is the quarry itself, Mochische, and the second is the outbid that is in front of the quarry and sells at an order of magnitude more expensive. Even the driver who was involved in the delivery did not know that you can buy cheaper.

On July 25, a septic tank made of concrete rings was installed. The first chamber with a bottom, and the second without a bottom with overflow into it. Each with 2 rings 1700 mm wide and 900 mm high.

On July 26, we brought a screening of 4 KAMAZ trucks of 15 tons each. On July 27, a tractor leveled the rubble, screened out and buried the septic tank. We rented a 90 kg vibrating plate and rammed it in the rain.

On July 30, 6 more KAMAZ trucks were brought with a dropout of 15 tons. We distributed almost everything during the day. Children and a younger brother, who is 14 years old, helped us.

On July 31, the screening was expanded and compacted with a vibrating plate 160 kg. Ramming is noticeably better than 90 kg.

On August 1, I was at work and promised rains for several days, so my wife accepted 3 KAMAZ dropouts, one of which they scattered with their children.
On August 2, we turned on the electricity, leveled the pillow into a plane, in this we were helped by a Chinese laser level, bought on Ali for 2500 rubles. August 3, 160 kg was rammed with a vibrating plate.
