Hello, my name is Eugene, I want to share with you the history of the construction of my house. We do all the work together, with my wife. Sometimes I invite friends to help me at the construction site. So, the construction of a house is underway in Novosibirsk, p. Garden.

Why a wireframe, layouts

The house is frame, one-story, size 14.4x8.6 on the USHP.

• Roofing: trusses on plywood plates and nails, 16 pieces, pitch between trusses 890 mm, roof covering Klikfalz, color 7024.
• Bearing walls: 195 mm + 45 mm internal bar.
• Facade: imitation of timber, painted with Teknos paint.

Construction is carried out from dry planed boards, chamber drying.

Why did I choose a frame house? There are several reasons.

1. Energy efficiency. Lower monthly home heating bills. ⠀⠀
2. Possibility to build independently by 2 people. Of course, we attracted friends a couple of times, for the most crucial moments... ⠀
3. Fast construction speed. We want to build our dream home in a couple of years. And not to stretch "pleasure" for decades. ⠀
4. And just because we found it very interesting. And inspired me to search for a site and work on the project of our house. ⠀⠀

I want to add that there is no ideal material for construction. Everyone chooses the right one for themselves. If you like stone, great! The main thing is to build wisely. Any technology can be spoiled by an illiterate builder! I recommend that you study the basic aspects of construction, even if you are hiring a developer, in order to reasonably control the process.

Farms making

In the winter, I bought all the tools I needed, saved a lot on New Year's sales. Also, in the winter I got acquainted with the SketchUp program, in which I drew a house all winter.

20.04.2019. They brought us lumber, which by the way I bought back in January (so the price came out cheaper) The total amount of lumber was 13.5 cubic meters of timber.

04/21/2019 made a farm template on a slab.

Only my farm is 8.6 meters long. The farms were assembled with the aid of a Neiler FUBAGn90 and a FUBAG 240/24 compressor. The cross-section of the truss, the upper and lower nodes are 145x40 mm, the spacers inside the truss are 100x40 mm, the plywood was used FSF 15 mm, the nail is 70 mm long. The required number of nails for each node was calculated on a calculator for calculating farms.

04/29/19 all 16 farms were ready, we put them on pallets in a stack, we carried the farms together.
