Despite all the frightening stories (builders and foremen with a bad conscience) decided to build a budget house for 3 million. The most interesting is what will come of it. I will definitely publish the construction process and the price of each stage!
Orientation of the house on the site
So, the kitchen was dismantled, it turns out like this.
The site, in my opinion, turned out to be narrow. Taking into account the surrounding space and my preferences, I think the chosen location of the house is optimal (highlighted in red in the figure).
Design
I started by looking for typical house designs for narrow areas. A two-story house, I think, is more expensive than a one-story house, so it was not considered, although it would be the best solution on such a site. Therefore, I was looking for only one-story. After a long search, I decided to create a project with my own hand, since typical projects did not fit my site, the location of the cardinal points and the needs of my family. For creation, the program Google Sketch was chosen, so that it was more or less like something real, and not just stripes on a sheet. After a bunch of options, the optimal project (for our family and site), in my opinion, was made. The drawing was shown to the architect and after some alterations it was implemented.
Since the budget is small, I didn't bother too much about the appearance, because everything beautiful usually costs a lot of money. We decided to build from the cheapest facing bricks, to make the roof from metal tiles, to select the finishing of the foundation to match the roof.
Returning to the layout I will add an explanation. It was customary to make the entrance from the side so that the corridor did not turn out to be visually too long (like in a hotel). And "drown" in the house, so as not to occupy the space of the house by the porch.
Project cost: 20,000 rubles.
