Losing weight according to Margarita Simonyan's recipes. Tasty and satisfying
Dear Margarita Simonyan gave birth to three children. And it always amazed me how quickly after each birth of a child she comes in order.
Simonyan gave birth to her third child on October 19 last year. And already before the new year in December in the program "The Fate of a Man" she came out in excellent shape. I envy white envy. And I decided to try to follow her advice for those who want to quickly get back in shape after giving birth.
Of course, I didn't give birth now, but just got better, but her recipes help me lose weight and I can tell from myself that they are not easy very satisfying and tasty, but also healthy.
So, I continue the rubric #recipes from margarita simonyan
First recipe, which I tried on her recommendation is tuna tartare. It is very simple to prepare and the main rule is to eat only freshly prepared dishes. So I do, I cook little by little, but often.
I tried to take fresh frozen tuna and boiled for this dish. And I tried to make canned food. I liked the boiled one more.
Chop the greens very finely (shallots and cilantro). Instead of cilantro with parsley, I also liked it.
Margarita Simonyan recommends making this tartar with sesame oil, but I didn't have it, I tried it with olive oil, it's also delicious.
I also took fromsswarm (not fried) black sesame seeds. Why exactly black? Because it is unpolished, and white contains much less vitamins.
The fish can be chopped into cubes or as you are used to. Then mix with chopped herbs and sesame seeds. Add a teaspoon (per serving - salad bowl) of soy sauce, butter and liquid honey (you can melt in warmth, if crystallized). You can still taste hot red peppers, but I prefer mild ones. The last addition is lime juice, also about 1 tsp. l. Stir everything on the table.
Second recipe I'd rather quote Margarita Simonyan without corrections and additions on my own.
When you refuse starchy foods (in our family, everyone periodically tries to lose weight :)), lettuce leaves are just salvation. ⠀
They replace bread and lavash. They can be spread with adjika and wrapped in basturma, boiled eggs, cheese, sujuk, cilantro, regan - and you get a dietary version of the Armenian brtuch. ⠀
At breakfast they can be dipped in fried eggs, smeared with pate, squash caviar, even butter. They can be eaten side by side with borscht or puree soup. ⠀
Needless to say, how useful fresh herbs are. And how hard it is to force yourself to eat it every day. But if you get used to using it instead of bread, you don't notice how you eat a whole head of cabbage in a day. Apart from the fact that the kids pulled out of their hands :))
