Why the Finnish eco-house does not take root in Russia

Natural materials, energy saving, environmental friendliness are the main characteristic features of an eco-house. In Europe, the construction of such structures is gaining momentum every year.

Thrifty and zealous Europeans install solar panels on the roof, which provide the house with hot water. Thanks to an efficient exchange ventilation system with recuperators, it will be very good to save on heating.

The Finns turned out to be the most advanced in the construction of eco-houses. Construction bureaus in Finland are ready to prepare a project based on the wishes of the customer; you can also order a standard building. Finnish eco-houses are significantly cheaper than, for example, an energy-efficient building in Norway. Norwegians use sophisticated smart home systems, which may increase the level of comfort, but are deterred by their cost.

In Finland, this issue was approached more simply: the concept of eco-house includes, first of all, natural material for the construction of the frame and interior decoration and the use of energy-efficient systems. It is on these two whales that green building stands.

What about eco-houses in Russia? Unfortunately, things are not very rosy. Despite numerous calls for the use of natural materials, builders continue to give preference to artificial ones. The reason for this is very simple - the price. Even the construction of an ordinary house made of wood can cost a very significant amount.

In spite of everything, there are people in Russia who want to build an eco-house for their family. Here the following problem arises. There are not so many competent specialists who understand energy conservation. In construction companies, it is extremely rare to find a professional on this issue. Because of this, it is difficult for a customer to receive a comprehensive service - the project of the engineering systems of the house and the project of the house itself have to be ordered from different organizations.

Russians can order an eco-house at a Finnish construction bureau. In this case, all calculations and schemes will be performed by one organization. If you wish, you can conclude a contract not only for the project, but also for all the work. The construction will be completed as soon as possible by Finnish specialists. True, the cost of such a service is simply beyond the reach of the majority of the population.

The focus on environmental friendliness in everything, including construction, is very correct, profitable not only in light of the long-term perspective of saving resources, but also in economy and energy efficiency here and now.
