The criteria for choosing a home for the typical average American

I always wondered what criteria different nations have for their own home. Most of all I was interested in America. Over time, several criteria gathered in my head that, in my opinion, Americans use when choosing a home. We are talking about the average local resident, that is, about those who, in principle, can afford to buy decent real estate.

I noticed that they prefer to live in separate houses rather than apartments. There are often large plots of land next to them. To know in such a master is more prosperous. They mostly have one floor, but sometimes more.

Their appearance is also similar. Almost all of them have a veranda, which can be small in size at the entrance, or go around almost the entire building. The houses are built of wood, lined with boards, and have wooden fences in the form of a small fence.

I think that Americans are not so stupid people, because they choose really beautiful houses, and their builders take the construction with all responsibility. The fact that they are made of wood should not confuse us, since it is much cheaper than making them from stone. The windows in them are small and move apart in the so-called tram way.

They are no less closely related to the internal arrangements of the rooms. I believe that Americans are great careerists, they worry about their work and are well aware of what they need to do to get promoted. Such people have the same attitude towards the family. They try to build it, making plans for the years ahead. I.e:

What house is best for them;

· Where their children will study;

• from the very beginning they save money for their studies;

· Vacation is planned for several months in advance.

With regards to the first point, in such a typical house of theirs (at a minimum) there should be 2 bedrooms, for themselves and a nursery. Better three to accommodate guests. Basement is desirable but not necessary. There must be at least 2 bathrooms and toilets. By the way, it is very convenient that we do not practice much. After all, 2 people may want to use the toilet! Why wait! No less important for them are small rooms for a dressing room, pantry, for a washing machine, etc.

These are probably all the parameters that are required when a typical American chooses his home.
