For a large amount of time, the Krasnodar Territory has attracted people, both for recreation and for permanent residence. Actually, I am the same person. Having moved to Sochi, I noticed that there are very strange types of real estate:

• Apartments with the status of residential and non-residential premises
• Houses from a bar, vulture panels and a frame
• Residential garages.

Where to live if not in the garage?

The residential garage is the famous Sochi real estate; they are found in almost every district.

It is warm in Sochi both in winter and in summer, so people do not try to insulate their homes, a brick house is a rarity here, for several reasons, mainly, its cost. In Sochi, there are no factories in principle, in particular, brick factories, and it is expensive to bring material from Krasnodar.

Frame houses and houses made of foam blocks are more in demand, less often wooden and vulture panels. Actually a residential garage is a house where a car garage serves as the foundation and support, and on top is a frame extension, less often from blocks.

They look like a small house, but coming from the other side it is a whole high-rise building. Communications are mostly central, some even have gas. The cost price is certainly much cheaper than at home in principle, but this is a garage!

The price for such an object is unequal, it all depends on whether there are documents for the property and the square. If in an ordinary apartment for sq.m. the price reaches 120,000, then here a square meter costs about 60,000 rubles. You will be surprised, but in Sochi you can get documents and registration for it.

Over time, this property has become something of a national property, and the city administration treats this type of housing with "special awe".
