So, it is best to buy a large and durable garbage bag for such large grates, a couple of bottles of ammonia (if you don't mind, you can pour even more). Place neatly in a lattice bag and pour in ammonia. Tie very well so that the liquid does not spill from the inside and shake well so that the ammonia completely "soaks" the entire surface of the metal. Leave it on for at least 40 minutes. If the pollution is complex, then it is possible for a couple of hours. Then it remains to pour, remove the grates from the bag and rub with a hard sponge.
