Hello, my name is Eugene, I want to share with you the history of the construction of my house. We do all the work together, with my wife. Sometimes I invite friends to help me at the construction site. So, the construction of a house is underway in Novosibirsk, p. Garden.
Family vacation
Good evening everyone, I haven't posted anything for a long time, in the end I'll tell you what we have now ...
Before the vacation, we covered the frame of the house with a hydro-windproof membrane Izospan AQ PROFF and went on vacation to Khakassia in the city of Cheryomushki, which is located near the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station, where we rested for a week.
Facade works
Further, after returning, we began to make the crate of the house, for the further installation of the facade. A board will go to the facade, namely an imitation of a vertical bar, painted with Finnish Teknos paint and a primer.
19.08. the windows came. KBE Ekspert windows 70 mm profile, 40 mm double-glazed windows with TOP coating (energy saving).
Decided to install windows with a warm quarter, 40 mm PSB, on which the hydro-wind protection comes.
Also, a vapor barrier film was glued to the window from the inside for a closed vapor barrier layer.
In the near future we will be painting the imitation of a bar, the installation will be on hot-galvanized nails.
We continue finishing the facade. Primed imitation of timber, now we paint, Nordica eco paint.
Homemade front door
On September 9, I decided to make the front door to the house, CAM. Because a Finnish door with delivery to Novosibirsk is expensive, and I am a state employee. I did not consider an iron door even with a thermal break.
The door will be with glass, the thickness of the leaf is 70 mm, of which 50 mm, insulation. The door was glued in 2 layers of plywood 10 mm each and a block of CC 50 mm, glue used D4.
Putty putty on wood, primed and painted with Nordica Eco.
The seal is self-adhesive, has not yet been installed, the box is made of a SS board 45 mm thick, a quarter was chosen with an electric plane, 15 mm.
P. S. The door is experimental, if something goes wrong, it will go to the garage. But I already figured out how to make the options better. Undoubtedly, homemade will also go into the house.
Debugging
On September 15, they began to make the porch. The facade was completed on September 28.
On September 5, we made ebb and flow at the windows.
