We are building a dome house in Arkhangelsk.

Underfloor heating system device

A new season has begun. We laid the film, laid the underfloor heating pipes.

A rounded bedroom wall was added to the layout. The rib was tied from fiberglass reinforcement. A shower ladder was added to the layout. A ladder with a bottom outlet cannot be installed anymore, we have found a solution - a ladder “Viega 557119” with a side outlet.

Collector: measured, cut off, chamfered, fitted fitting, crimped, done.

The underfloor heating main is ready, it turned out nine loops of 67 m each. The pipes were filled with water. One meter of 16 mm pipe with a wall of 2 mm - 0.113 liters. We have 9 loops of 67 m each. 9 * 67 * 0.113 = 68 liters.

We filled the system through the return (blue). On the return line we connected a case and a hose adapter. We put in a hose. A foot and a fitting on the 16th pipe were connected to the supply. They stuck a piece of pipe.

The pump "Kid" is in the big canister. The pump was pre-pumped to remove sand.

• A ball valve was opened at the supply and return.
• We opened all the flow meters on the manifold.
• The caps of the automatic air vents were closed.
• Closed all control valves on the manifold, except for the 1st.
• We turned on the pump and pumped the first loop until all the air bubbles were squeezed out.
• Slowly they opened the 2nd valve, closed the 1st one, pumped the second loop and so on all the loops.
• We opened all the valves, shook it a little. They turned off the pump and closed the ball valves.

The system was pressurized and tested.

• We connected the crimper. Pumped up 6 Bar, left for 30 minutes.
• After 30 minutes, the pressure is 4.5 Bar. They pumped it up to 6 Bar, left for 30 minutes (the operation was repeated two more times).
• After 24 hours, the pressure was checked - 6 Bar. Good

Lit water pipes. 16th metal-plastic "Compipe".

Tied a mesh of fiberglass reinforcement. Armature 8 mm. Cell 150 mm. Knitted with plastic clamps in a checkerboard pattern. Tied up in a week, long and unprofitable. It is better to buy ready-made nets, as in this thread.

Assembling the formwork

We collect the formwork from a board of 100 * 50 mm. After pouring, we will disassemble the formwork - we will take the boards. Shields with a height of 250 mm were assembled in the conductor. They were twisted with yellow self-tapping screws with a large slot.

Sharpened the stakes. Length 1 m.

We put spacers. You can do without spacers - hammer the stakes close to the formwork. Checked the link to the topic above. Beloved wife, she will tighten the screw and smooth out the cement. The film was hung on the formwork and fixed with self-tapping screws - the boards will remain clean. The foundation is ready for pouring.
