How bosses taught us to work. Clear instruction
Everyone who worked in a team will remember quite a few interesting stories, so I remembered one too. I'll tell you to cheer you up on your days of retreat.
Inspectors from Simferopol
It was at the time when I worked in Telecom as a communications operator, we had a friendly and close-knit team. And now we are being warned that we will have to get ready, since two inspectors from the capital come to give instructions, but what do we need, we are forced people.
We got together, we sit, we wait, these two subchiks are announced, one for the protection of property, and the other for fire safety. I want to clarify that we were rural communications monitors and had access to stations, this is important.
Briefing
The first to speak was the inspector for the protection of property, his speech boiled down to the fact that, entering the station it was necessary to close there. Since there was a case that the robbers hit the fitter on the head and cut out the silver contacts on the relay, thereby causing great damage to the telecom.
Then he asked if everyone understood everything? The people silently nodded in agreement, but this seemed to him not enough, and he threatened to fire anyone who gets caught with the door open.
The second was the fire safety inspector, he spoke about the effect of smoke on the body, about the onset of disorientation. Therefore, he argued, all passages should be free, and the door at the station must be unlocked (open). The people began to twist their heads in bewilderment, how is that?
He also asked if everyone understood, and threatened with dismissal, whoever gets caught with a locked door. The briefing was over.
How to be?
Guys to me, what to do, and so a wedge? I say excellently, if the property protection officer arrives, and the door is open, we refer to fire safety, and vice versa, if the "fireman" shows up.
