2. Holes are made inside the glass case and LEDs are inserted. You can take a finished case from a glass block. It is hollow inside. You just need a polymer or metal cap to match. Drill several holes in the cover.

The glass block is within 150 rubles, which is much lower than the cost of finished luminous paving stones.
