New wall material: insulated Gablok blocks
It would seem that everything that could be invented and invented in wall materials has already been invented. But there are innovators who create something new or a derivative of the old. This case includes Gablok blocks:
The blocks resemble Lego constructors. Also a spike-groove system. The frame of the blocks is made of OSB boards, and inside the insulation is made of extruded polystyrene foam with the addition of carbon. In terms of construction, the wall is similar to SIP panels. But if modules are made from SIP panels, almost entire walls, which are installed by the team, then Gablok allows you to build walls yourself.
Judging by the thickness of the walls, the walls are warm, with minimal heat loss, except for one detail: a gap remains at the junctions of the blocks through which the house will be blown. Vertical seams must be mounted with foam adhesive. Yes, and glue-foam will not interfere with horizontal seams. Strengthens communication between blocks.
OSB boards are not the most environmentally friendly material. Inside such a house, the walls must be shielded with the necessary films, sheathed with gypsum boards and create effective ventilation. Outside, it is not a problem to mount the facade on frame houses now. For example, an inexpensive solution is Hauberg tiles.
To increase the stability of the structure, according to the technology, boards are inserted vertically into the corners. It turns out an additional bundle of masonry. The moment of laying floors from the same elements on the third slide.
Types of blocks produced.
In Russia, this wall material is not produced, because it just appeared in the west, in Belgium, where it was developed. Because the material is more technologically advanced, then the cost will be higher than the walls of a house made of SIP panels. And for this wall material, a house project is needed with a clear reference to the dimensions of the foundation, openings to the standard length of the elements. Much the same as in the case of warm ceramic houses.
An example of a construction process from Belgium.

What do you think, is it possible for this wall material to appear in Russia and how much can it cost?
