In the spring, there will be the same problem: ice clogs the net and water flows over the gutters. According to reviews, everyone gets rid of this grid in the first season.

New items in materials, technologies and rare building materials have not been sufficiently tested by time. If you decide to use something, you need to comprehensively and critically approach the study of the material.

Sawdust concrete. The material is warm, but brittle, with a low bearing capacity (for compression and fracture). Sugars come out of the sawdust and destroy the concrete. If done using this technology, then from wood chips (wood concrete) with the chips soaking in calcium chloride.

House from blocks of sawdust concrete. The facade is just painted. Due to the fact that the frost resistance of sawdust concrete leaves much to be desired - the material in the layer of contact with the paint accumulated moisture and collapsed. The paint began to fall off. This can happen with other wall materials if covered with a vapor-proof layer of plaster or paint.

A bit exotic. House of soil bags This is a common technology in Africa. But it's hot there and moisture comes out of the soil quickly. In our climate, the walls will be damp for years. And this is the appearance of mold. Not even suitable for a utility block. The walls will constantly "play", sit down. Plastering them will not work.
