How to rent a house: subtleties, pitfalls

• Drawing up an ad. Take pictures of the house and the surrounding area so that you can feel the scope. Choose an angle so that the rooms in the house appear larger and brighter. Remove from the frame all the flaws of the repair, unsightly things and decorative elements. Take photos of unfolded sleeping places. Take a picture of the brazier, flowers, berries, swing, sauna, pond, gazebo. Orient by location: distance to the railway, bus stop, shop. Describe the surroundings: the presence of a forest, river, lake, etc.
  

• Insure your home. This is mandatory and does not require explanation.
  
• Prepare your documents. Draw up an agreement in advance, describe the list of property transferred for use. It would not be superfluous to mention in the contract, the general rules of residence, indicating the permissible time for loud activities or a ban on smoking, etc. In general, negotiate ashore.
