Making a hanging swing for flowers

Greetings subscribers, I'm here with another homemade product. Today we will make a swing for flowers.

It is an interesting and versatile decoration element that will suit even a very small balcony. You can hang it from the ceiling and enjoy the beautiful, blooming flowers. I love geranium, I just love it. If necessary, all this can be taken out into the street and hung on a branch, or somewhere else.

To make a swing you need:

• cuttings geranium or ivy. If there are ready-made pots of geraniums of the same size, then half of the job is done))
• clay pots with saucers, or better plastic.
• two round wooden slats, we buy in any store for a ruble per carriage))
• two short strips with holes into which the strips will be inserted. Make the planks from any board, drill the holes of the required diameter with a wood crown.
• glue, thread. The thread can be nylon, if the pots are not very heavy for you.

⚒ Here, see for yourself, the length of the rods and connecting strips with holes will depend on the number of your pots and their size. In general, you have two ways, pick up pots for a swing or make a swing for a pot. Whom it will be convenient. ⚒

First, slide the connectors onto both ends of the two wooden battens to create a stable frame. It is not necessary to fix them, they will not go anywhere, especially under the weight of the pots.

Then tie four strands of equal length to the ends of the wooden planks and connect them so that the structure hangs evenly. Here, of course, it will not immediately be possible to make the main node even, but you will practice it)) 😁😁

Attach the saucers to the pots with hot glue if your flowers are on the balcony or in the room, so that excess water does not drip onto the carpet when watering. And if the pots are outside, then the saucers are not needed.

If there are not even pots, we go to the market and buy. It is desirable that everyone is the same.

Now frame the pots at regular intervals and hang the finished structure on a branch or carnation on the veranda. Then plant the geranium seedlings in pots. You can do the opposite, first plant the geranium, and then hang the finished structure.
